Lampshades

I have created and sold many lampshades...only to have them returned almost everytime. It's to an extent that I believe it's a quality issue, a manufacturers issue. All my lampshades are unique and different in design and color so I don't believe it's a design/color issue. Anyone else having an issue with lampshades.

I bought a table top lamp in November 0f 2013. It's aging extremely well... still looks like the day I bought it. It's beautifully printed. It's easy to clean. When I redecorate, I would absolutely buy another one. I don't need to, as after 9 years it is still great. But, I would get a different color if needed.

I wonder if some people get their shipment and thought they were buying a larger lamp?

I can't say I've sold a ton of lamps, but the last one I did, the person clearly liked it. They came back to buy a matching one...

So sorry a lot of your lampshade sales have been returned ,Wolfegrl1 . It would help if you gave us the name of your store ! I attempted to find it via your name here to no avail ! We may be able to pick up why your lampshades are being returned. Jilly

Click on her username to get to her profile, once you are in the profile click on her actual name (under the screen name) and you'll get to her stores. FWIW, I looked at a couple and didn't see anything right off that might cause them to be returned.

Thanks PenquinPower ! Hi Wolfegrl1, I have been to your store, and noticed that some product images are blurry. Some being your Lampshades! Others are fine. Check out 'Creating and Uploading Images to Zazzle 'guidelines for their products! I am sure that this is why this product has been returned. Other Zazzlers may have more to add. Jilly

Hi Wolfegrl1,

Just giving you my latest experience with table lamps ... I put my design on two lamps on Monday the last week of April, ordered them on that day and two days later they arrived in excellent condition.  I will post a picture and, overall, I have had great experiences with this product.  Personally, I would like to see Zazzle hold on to this as long as possible.camper lamps.png

I've not had any cancel but can you tell me if it is the stained glass designs?  The reason I ask is that maybe the buyer is expecting real stained glass.  This happens to me with faux glitter license plate frames alot.  Even though I have the word FAUX in the title, tags and description I think they are expecting real glitter.  haha.  I have about a 50% return rate on those products no matter what color they are.
