Letterpress Under Review

Hi. I'm excited to design more Letterpress cards, but the first one I designed went under review along with several other items which have been sitting under review for months - some even years. I hope the Letterpress design won't take that long to review.

I've had about half clear at this point. I have others since 11/19. I believe they mentioned in their last e-mail that it was taking some time due to working out some of the kinks with the real views and bleeds. And the 'only this style' setting.

Same for me. About half cleared. The dates of submission for remaining ones start at 18th of Nov.

I still have one under review. I had one that had been approved, but it disappeared out of my store the next week. I recreated it and resubmitted it, and it looked like it was approved again (because it doesn’t say “revisions needed,” but it didn’t show up with the other Christmas cards in the announcement, so I don’t know what the status of that card is.

I have one that sold yesterday that is also not showing under the Letterpress section (when I went through the homepage link). I actually couldn't find a few of mine in there.

@A_New_View  It's all part of the process with letterpress. A human has to give the ok before they are published. They are probably backlogged. Expect delays

Thank you. I understand that. I am fine with having things go under review, I just hope it doesn't take as long as some others. I still have at least one item that has been under review since 2021. Some others that have been there for months. I hope the Letterpress doesn't take that long.

Thank you for your patience here everyone. We are backlogged i this queue for sure. Our team have to focus on customer orders as a priority, along with everything else that needs review. They are not only working on the reviews but also understanding the design limitations for this new product  while their doing it. We do hope to get caught up soon. Thanks again for your submissions.

@JamesB would it be possible to prioritize the holiday related letterpress design approvals over non-seasonal ones? So they can hopefully at least get a week or so of selling? Otherwise it will be too late, and we were asked to do holiday as a priority.

How do we get approved to create Letterpress Cards? I don’t see an option to even be able to create on that type.
