<warning> possible newbie question incoming
As I live in New Zealand, I have two shops on the .co.nz domain, which when I started seemed the right thing to do.
From the latest newsletter, I see there's two new products on Zazzle; Bluetooth speakers and wax seals. I thought I'd like to add these to my shop, however both of these products do not seem to be available on the .co.nz domain?
The issue is that I regularly make sales to customers in other countries (such as the US), where presumably these new products are available. But I am apparently unable to offer them the full range of goods available on Zazzle, due to the domain my shops are on.
TBH I don't really understand why Zazzle has different domains. Other POD outlets typically have the one website address (usually a .com), and if a product is not available in the customer's country, then a message might be shown on the relevant product page and/or at checkout.
Will Bluetooth speakers and wax seals become available for me to sell on my .co.nz shops? Or am I in error about them not being available to list?

There are a lot of products that are only available on the .com site. I'm not sure why Zazzle has different domains, but I do know that if an international customer orders from the .com site their products will ship from the US instead of from their country and they'll get hit with massive shipping and customs charges - plus it will take forever for the order to get there. But I'm not sure that your store "lives" on the NZ site per se - I think it's more like you're viewing it through that portal. I could be wrong about that, but I think that's how it works.
Have you tried accessing your stores through the .com site? I don't know for sure that this would work, but I'm guessing that if you change your URL extension to .com you'll have the option to design on products that are only available on .com. Worth a try anyhow!

@MadjackGG I'm in the UK and always create products on the .com site as like you, most of my sales are from the US anyway.
New products eventually get added to the international site (most times - some don't like otterbox phone cases) so it's always worth adding them just in case. You can log into the .com with the same log in details that you have on .nz so you don't have to remember new passwords so that's a plus

Logging in to my New Zealand shop and then changing the url to the .com version does work; I can see the Bluetooth speakers available as a new product and can create my own products.
The downside is that when listing my products in store management view when on my 'native' domain (.co.nz), these products do not appear. So it's all a bit unwieldy really.
I'm also not sure what Zazzle's policy is towards this sort of work-around - whether it might affect their accounting and tax calculations. Perhaps a Zazzle rep might comment on the issue?
