the 'Saved Designs" are your WIP's (work in progress - not yet posted for sale) - once you have finalized your designs and posted them for sale - they make their way to over your store .
As you are new - it can take a few days to set up your store (a lot of indexing happens behind the scenes) and it takes time for your products to appear in the marketplace and your store front.
It is quite confusing when you're new but you'll get the hang of it 🙂
