My question is - are different materials used for products (in this case kitchen towels) depending on which domain they are sold on?
If I check out kitchen towels in the Zazzle .com domain it says they are made of "80% durable woven polyester/ 20% polyamide blend microfiber"
If I check kitchen towels in the .se domain it says "Hållbar 100% twill bomull" which translates to "sustainable 100 twill cotton".
Will a customer shopping on the Swedish domain receive towels 100% cotton or the polyester/polyamide microfiber blend? Or is it possible the product descriptions are not properly updated on other domains than Zazzle.com are lagging when a change in supplier has been made??

Polyester is made from petroleum and isn't applauded for its ability to absorb liquids. Europe doesn't allow all kinds of chemicals in their food, so maybe this has been extended to things used in kitchens.

The EU has a ton of regulations regarding polyester textiles, so it's probably easier and cheaper for Zazzle to avoid it altogether there.
