Products Don't Show Up for the Public in Collections

Good evening,
I had a customer tell me that when she went to one of my collections, there were no products. I confirmed what she said.
But when I log into my store, there are products in that collection.
Edited to add: It's collections that include tissue paper. I noticed that no tissue paper comes up. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I've noticed that products don't show up in the collections if they are out of stock, and tissue paper has been out of stock fairly consistently for months now. I learned this because I kept adding tissue paper to collections, not seeing it, and then being perplexed when the "in collection" box appeared but I couldn't find it anywhere, even when I removed and re-added it to the collection.
That said, it looks like tissue paper is back as of this morning, so you might see it if you check those collections again. Fingers crossed it sticks around this time, and doesn't go out of stock again in two or three days!

I logged out and tissue paper is still not showing up in collections. <heavy sigh> Not sure what to do now.
If actual solutions don't happen such as hiring someone who knows how to fix the equipment issues or getting new equipment, tissue paper will continue to go out.

I just looked at your shop and am seeing tissue papers. If it's only certain products, maybe they've been hidden for optimization? But at least some of them are definitely showing up. I also logged out and checked my own shop, and the tissue papers are all visible in my collections, too.
