Refer a Friend - When and Where do You Receive the Credit?

Hi
I referred a friend who ordered about $75 worth of products last week. I expected to receive some sort of confirmation about the referral. Where does the $25 referral credit appear and when?

How did you refer the friend? Did you give them a link with your referral ID in it?
If so, it looks like the referral link did not work. If your friend already ordered last week you should see the referral in your "referral history". There are a few reasons as for why the referral link didn't work. One could be that your has cookies blocked in some form or another.

I used the refer-a-friend link created from this page https://refer.zazzlereferral.com/
and now that I am looking again, I see a note on the page footer
"The Referrer Reward will be distributed after your friend’s order ships."
so hopefully soon 🙂

I shared the Refer-A-Friend link (https://refer.zazzlereferral.com/[my email]) with a friend in order for her to save 30% and for me to earn $25. At checkout, she has over $25 in merchandise, and had already clicked on my Refer-A-Friend link, but there is no 30% discount applied to her order, as advertised. What is happening? How does the 30% off get applied?

It looks like things have changed. Before, if I clicked on my own refer-a-friend link I'd get a window that said something like "checking if you qualify..." and then a message saying I didn't qualify (of course, because the offer only applies to new customers or those who haven't ordered in the last 24 months). So I never saw past that step but I assumed that cookies came in to play after that and if you did qualify, the discount would automatically be applied to your order.
But, clicking my link tonight, I get this:
When I clicked the link while signed-in to my Z account and entered my email at above prompt, I never got an email. I'd guess because they know I don't qualify.
But when I click the link as a guest (not signed-in to my account) and entered the same email addy, I did get the email. And it contained this
The gray box I marked over is the promo code to be copied/pasted at checkout (or, and again assuming here, it would automatically be applied if clicking the "start shopping" button). Either way, it seems for the Refer-A-Friend deal to go through, the person using the link has to enter their email and retrieve the code from there, it's not an automatic cookie situation where just clicking the link does it now.

Yes, my friend saw those same screens and received a code like you show. However the "Start Shopping" button opens a browser that takes them to the page to sign up and become a Refer-A-Friend - not to start shopping. And, the code, when entered at checkout, does not apply any discount.

Today I observed that https://refer.zazzlereferral.com/
is generating security messages. I am assuming this referral program was discontinued. But I think Zazzle would want a more graceful landing page for links that were shared previously. @Mark or @Fiona can you help here? thanks
