Hello! today is February 14th, my royalties have cleared but still haven't gone through PayPal. Maybe I have a problem with the setting? What is the matter?

@Ulya If you are due a payment there will be one in https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/payments  dated 2/2 

We don't receive them till at least the 15th of the month (it varies - depends whether the 15th is on a weekend)

Check your Payment settings are up to date and all tax forms correctly completed and it's best to contact zazzle directly concerning payment issues if not received by the end of the week
