Some products disappeared from my store management page.

I don't know why all the products I created from January 4, 2024 until now have disappeared from my store management page. But it still shows up in my collection. I feel extremely confused about this situation because I can't edit them now. I want to know what happened. Please let me know the reason so I can continue working as soon as possible.

It's always helpful to do a search of the forum first, before you post, to see if anyone else is having the same problem. In this case there are several threads showing many people have reported this too, so you know it's really a technical issue and not just you. Zazzle will be working on a fix I'm sure so we'll just have to be patient until products reappear.

I have a similar problem. About 20 of the products i created disappeared from my store. I had 729 products the day before but today it is down to 709. I thought it was deleted but i received no email from the Zazzle team. Later today, after inspecting, i found that those products only disappeared from the store management page. On the public storefront and on my collections, the products can still be seen and interacted with.

I can find and interact with this product from a different account. I can see it in my collections and public storefront. However, for some reason it got deleted from the store management page.

Im same over 200 items lost from total and management page, my forum post from yesterday has also disappeared !
