For the last couple of weeks I have had a buyer making 5 - 7 orders in a row, 2 - 3 cents in royalties each. Within hours, these products all get returned. This is starting to happen every other day now. It's the same product every time. The city is Portland and the names are quite unique. I reached out to Zazzle support yesterday but no response just yet. I have no idea what is going on but I feel this buyer needs to be blocked at this point. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Unfortunately it seems that buying something small and returning it is a way to test stolen credit card numbers... it's what I generally suspect when I see a bunch of purchases like that in bunches...

Oh no, you too? On Saturday I had no purchases from this spammer then yesterday at least 13 purchases and 13 returns. I am trying to contact support to figure this out. Have you reached out to support yet?

@becca you don't say which product is being purchased? I remember there being a problem with vinyl cut stickers. If Zazzle deems that there is an IP violation - they will cancel before the product is shipped

Zazzle corp has just reached out so hopefully they can help me solve this. It is a bachelorette postcard being purchased up to 20x a day from various people in Portland. Returned. Then up to 20 more people from Portland come in and purchase it again. There is def some funny business going on.

Yes, that is definitely one way to solve it. I have connected with Zazzle and would prefer to solve issue systematically and alert them to it to help others rather than delete an item I am selling.

will solve the problem by banning the client - they see the history and the fake client, but I want to stop the negative impact of this issue

We never see the real name & location tied to the payment method being used to make the purchase, we only see whatever name & location was entered as the Ship to info. Bizarre that someone up to no good would enter different presumably fake names but repeatedly use the same city. Anyways, super curious if all these sales/cancels are coming in as 3rd Party?

I've seen the same today on my account. A lot of purchases of exactly the same note card, same quantity, all purchases made within a couple of minutes of each other, all from different states etc but it's clearly the same person. I'll look forward to a huge row of pink cancellations coming very soon.
