store completion dropped

The store completion was at 100% for a long time; today I see it at 80%. Recently, I re-edited some products, added some, that's all I did.

Did zazzle make changes in conditions for store completion?

Try refreshing the page.  A bug existed awhile back where store and or profile completion rates would show as less than finished, when in fact they were, but refreshing the page would then show %100 complete again...

I don't ever recall a posting about it being fixed, so hopefully that is all it is.

Refreshing did not help but now after being off the computer I returned to the store tonight and apparently, that did it. I have 100% again today. Will they ever fix that?!

I've been on Zazzle for years and most of the time my stores are at 100%, but every so often they drop below that (like 60%).  I've tried to ask support to sort it out (they just tell me to follow whatever the prompts are saying to do) to no avail.  Now I keep an eye on my stores and when they dip below, I just click on the customize button (I don't go further than that), then click on the back arrow, then refresh the page.  So I would say, no, Zazzle has not fixed that bug yet.
