Stores and their Placement

Good morning,

I noticed that my stores (or even the word 'stores') don't show up on my main page.  When I look at other people's shops, when you scroll down a little, all their stores show up.  (Some have collections or categories, but I want all my stores to show up).

What did I do wrong and how do I correct it?

Thank you.

To make your stores visible, go to any of your stores home page in the backend (where you do your creating). From the menu bar, select "Settings". On the next screen, select "Advanced Settings".  At the top of this screen you see a section for "Customize Home Page". There are Hidden Sections and Visible Sections. Make sure your Stores are showing in the "Visible Sections".    The next part of this screen deals with Stores. Select which stores you would like displayed in your public profile.   Save your changes and you should be good to go!

Thank you very much for your reply.  I did what you said, and stores is in the visible section.  Yet, they don't show up.  So frustrating!

Sorry, my mistake. The instructions I gave above should be followed from your profile and not on your store backend. Go to "My Account" where you will choose "Profile". From within your profile you will see the other steps I mentioned above.

I really appreciate your help.  I think there's a glitch on my account.  I did what you said, and the stores are in the visible section, but they are invisible.

Further, when I log out and go to my shop, the banner and profile pic show up.  But with other shops, their "backend" shows up with the banner, their badge, the 'message' button, etc.  I think I'm going to have to call Zazzle on Monday.

Thanks again for your responses.

Is it possibly yet another example of slow indexing, which is one of the banes of our existence here?

That would be the slowest of the slow since I've had those settings for a very long time.  I'm wondering if I personally am experiencing some glitches.  It's not just the stores.  When I log out and access my shop, the banner is not like other stores' banners.  It doesn't include the location, tagline, 'message' button, etc.  The entire thing is bizarre.

Hmm... I'm seeing everything that should be there. The banner looks correct as do location, tagline, and message button. I also went to your WhimsyWhim store, and it all seemed to be there too. I'm on a Windows desktop with Firefox. Could it have something to do with what you're using?

And you're haunted. I was typing the above when--blink!--the forum was gone and I had to log back in and bring up what had been autosaved. LOL

Wait, what?!  The banner is correct and the stores show up?  What's going on?  I'm on a windows desktop on Microsoft Edge.  I went to Chrome to look it up.  I'm going to log out on Edge and see what it does.  And, yes, I am haunted.  LOL!

Okay, I need to call Zazzle Monday morning.  I logged out of everything, and it doesn't give me the banner with the 'message' button, etc.  I don't have stores - nothing.  Big, huge sigh.
