Good afternoon,
Does anybody know how long it takes for a referral to show up in referral history?
Thank you.

It should show up at pretty much the same time that the sale shows up in your referral history.

Darn. I did two different ways of referral links on Pinterest. One of the ways was to go to the product page, click on the arrow. I see an image of the product and right down below there is the referral number. I clicked on Pinterest and filled the title, etc. I clicked on the product from Pinterest and saw the referral number was there.
My husband created a Pinterest account and a Zazzle account and purchased two items from clicking on them in Pinterest - one product I put on a referral link the way I just described. The other product was a method of referral links I saw on a video tutorial. When he clicked on the products from Pinterest, the referral numbers were there. He bought the products, but I didn't receive any referrals. I don't understand why.

Was the sale listed as "3rd Party" or "None" for the referral? That will give you some clues.
If you are in the Zazzle/Printerest realm at all, and tend to click around on things, 2 things are likely if you haven't gone out of your way to avoid it:
- you have clicked a different pin with a different referral link at some point recently.
- you have clicked a link in a Zazzle email with a referral link at some point recently.
If I remember correctly (someone please correct me if I'm wrong) Zazzle has a first-in situation with the links. First click will stick for a certain amount of time, and anything purchased in that amount of time will get the referral credit.
If it shows as NONE:
- Your browser or router/internet service probably has a referral/cookie/tracking blocker of some sort.
This is just my understanding/limited experience with this, others may have different tips worded more accurately.

Thank you for responding.
If I understand correctly, Zazzle won't permit someone from getting referrals if a buyer purchases more than one product since they click on multiple pins? If so, that needs to change. It's bizarre to block referrals because someone decided to buy multiple products by clicking on multiple pins.
It showed 'none.' The thing is, though, I got referrals before WITHOUT a referral link. Before, I put products on Pinterest without a referral number. Evidently, at one point, someone clicked on the pin, it went to my product page and the person bought the product. This happened twice. Under "referred", it had 'Self'.
If my computer is blocking when I put in my referral number, how do I unblock that?
I'm stepping my toes in referral links, and it's very confusing and weird.

I just created a post similar to yours, since I haven't found this one in search. But I bring terrible news and I agree that something must be fixed. I created a product specially for a cliente, only she had the link, it was IMPOSSIBLE that the link had any other associate number than mine, she made FOUR PURCHASES but... NO REFERRAL for me. I simply don't get it. She took my associate code away? Why would she if I was so nice designing specially for her? Or she arrived at Zazzle from their own marketing with Google Ads and my code became useless because she clicked first on theirs I don't even know when? That's so bad explained... I sell quite well, I'm a Pro Bronze designer, but I NEVER got a referral.

Not that I'm aware of. I stopped trying. Maybe I'll try again, but it's really confusing and irritating.
