A couple of months ago, Zazzle, overnight, gave us the option of vertical on tissue paper. This is great. Unfortunately, at the same time, they turned our already vertical tissue paper into horizontal as well as creating white edges on two sides.
I don't want to redo the tissue paper because I will lose my place in the market and views, etc. But I don't want customers to think that the tissue paper has white edges when I made sure they didn't when putting them on the marketplace.
I asked Zazzle twice, here on the forums, if they are going to correct their mistake, but I have not received a response. So I'm asking you guys if you are re-doing your tissue paper or are you just leaving it horizontal with the white edges?
