Same here. My understanding is that it's equipment / production issues. Someone contacted the manufacturer, and they said it's not them. This has been going on for months. It seems fixing this issue is not a priority, and it needs to be as tissue paper is popular all year long. I don't understand what is taking so long to fix the issue. What's especially disconcerting is that Zazzle customers have their own decoupage businesses and very much rely on Zazzle to provide reliable tissue paper. This situation with tissue paper has become a farce.
