Trouble Accessing an Existing Old Account

I have a Zazzle store. I once created actively. Zazzle has apparently undergone some changes since the last time I created a product for my store and though my store and products clearly still exist, I am not able to access my account and if I've had any sales, I've stopped receiving notifications.

I know the email address I used to access Zazzle, but I have tried all of my emails to receive a "reset password" link or code or whatever they send to you, but I have not received emails in any of my accounts, not even in the spam folder.

When I try to register on the maker page, it recognizes my email address and store name because it tells me they are already in use. So I try to retrieve my password and this all starts again.

I've even tried using different browsers.

- How long does it take to receive an email?
- Do I have to sign in with my username (as the main site suggested)? If so, do I put my username in the email box?
- Is my store name different than my username?
- What am I doing wrong? What can I do differently? How do I fix this???

According to the password reset article in the zazzle help files, you can enter either your user name or email address. 
Depending on how long ago you accessed your account, you may have changed your email since you last signed in.  But that probably isn’t the issue  since you confirmed that it still is in use  by  your account.

Because  this is the weekend, that might be part of the reason you have not received emails to reset your password, (take some calming breaths) you might be better off waiting till tomorrow to either try again, or to contact zazzle customer support—- (extra frustrating to struggle with it! )

If you have in the past logged in through Google or Facebook you may find that this is the reason for what you are seeing and it's possible that if you can log in again through those options you may find the issue can be resolved.
