I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing issue of unpaid earnings on my Zazzle account. Since September 2023, I have not received any payments for my work, despite repeated attempts to resolve the problem.

Each time I contact customer service, I am instructed to make changes to my account information. I diligently follow these instructions, only to be informed that the payment process is then postponed due to the very changes I made.

This cycle is unacceptable. It is particularly concerning that a small payment was recently processed this month for another Zazzle account I hold (though $2 short!), indicating the system is functional, yet my primary account remains neglected.

Please investigate the root cause of the payment hold on this account and expedite the release of all outstanding earnings accumulated since September 2023. Can you provide a detailed explanation for this ongoing issue and a clear timeline for receiving my payments? (Another payment was canceled on a third Zazzle account I hold.)

Furthermore, my situation appears not to be isolated. Numerous other creators have reported issues with withheld payouts. This suggests a systemic problem within Zazzle's payment processing or an undisclosed reason why funds are not being released in a timely manner.

My payment was also cancelled again. The difference is that even Customer Service says, that everything is fine with my account and I should have received it this month. Now what??
Is Zazzle in such a bad financial situation that they just can't pay out designers, so they make up fictive reasons to prevent us turning to authorities?

This occurred to me as well. I have not received any payments again (for 5 months). More email exchange with Z support but no change, no payment. Yes, It seems like they're just playing for time.

I've never asked customer service for any help before. I've always received help directly from here, like the time I lost a check and had to have them resend it. The process took time but it went smoothly. Ive always regarded customer service as just that, for the customers. On old forums designers would contact customer service and be given wrong information or they don't know the designer side of things so they couldn't help.

Same here, its so frustrating, my payement was also canceled and i dont know why, everything is fine with my account too and when i contacted support service last month i was told that some changes has been made on the last day of the month and this is why my payement for the last month was concelled and everything wil be good for the june run..but its not the case unfortunately because this morning I was surprised to see that my payment was canceled again without any explanation...

Hello, I'm in the same situation. They said that "some changes has been made ... and then next payment...".
 I do not understand, I didn't change anything in my account. Canceled payment again.
It seems like they're just playing for time.
Have you received any payments since then?

UPDATE: I have three accounts with the same payout information.

May- received payment on the lowest royalty account (less than $20)

June- received payment on the next lowest royalty (a little over $50)

The payment on my main account (over $200) was STILL withheld (since September 2023). I received an email at the beginning of June from Zazzle instructing me to check and change payout information, did so, and of course! payment withheld! This time there was no attempt to send payment (meaning they did not attempt and it was canceled due to a problem), it was just withheld.

I am so frustrated I didn't even call to inquire this month. 🙄

Yes, I am facing the same issue.  I started working on Zazzle in 2017, took a break, and resumed in 2022. Since then, I have $184 in my account but have not received any payments. In short, I have not received any payment.

Initially, Zazzle informed me that my W-8 BEN form was filled out incorrectly. I resubmitted the corrected form but have not received a response or payment.

Zazzle needs to investigate the root cause of these payment holds and expedite the release of all outstanding earnings.

As we can see by all the complaints, including mine and I have not been paid since 2020 I’ve contacted Zazzle Numerous times about this issue and have received no response – their actions could be of  course classed as criminal. you can see that they have made no attempt to address all of the peoples complaints.
