W-8BEN form help

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with the W-8BEN form on Zazzle and could really use your help.

I live in Turkey and I’m filling out the form as a non-U.S. creator. However, my form keeps getting rejected due to Part II, line 10 (Additional Conditions).

I have filled in Article 12(2), 10%, and “royalties (copyrights),” but I don’t understand what exactly should be written in the explanation section.

Is there anyone in a similar situation who has completed this part successfully?

I’m in the process of renewing it for the third time. They rejected the first option, but it seems it was due to the article and paragraph, which must have changed—they didn’t say anything about the text. I hope it gets approved. The wording was suggested by an AI, but it’s similar to what I used the previous two times. It was a real ordeal the second time.

I have been rejected multiple times, and the support team has not been able to help me with this issue. They say they are not tax professionals and only provide long links written in formal language, which are very difficult for me to understand.
