I submitted the W8-BEN form on Jan 16th and received an automated response. However , checked my payment page today and saw an orange error message on top that the form has not been collected.
"We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete. Update your Payment Settings.
- W8-BEN form has not yet been collected"
Please note that I have not received any email with rejection or requested corrections. What is the best way to check what exactly is going on?

Check your payment settings.
The form MUST match all details EXACTLY as per your Zazzle account. If your Zazzle account details require updating, contact Zazzle support for help changing these first, then resubmit your form with the matching details.

Thank you @CreativeLeahG. I sent the form again yesterday and even the first time I made sure the details match. The slow response from Zazzle is really frustrating. I have not received any rejection or correction requirements from Zazzle. I just wonder if they chose to answer your queries as they wish.

Jan 16th is 'early' in terms of having had a response re this. I know it's been a couple of weeks, but historically this does take a while. I forget what the official wait time is, but I would give it 8 weeks .... they have a huge volume to process and I assume each one has to be checked manually.

Thanks @CreativeLeahG . I am just confused as to why my payment settings page is still showing "the tax form has not been collected". Let's hope for the best.

@Fiona I am still waiting to hear from Zazzle after sending repeated queries. My payment settings still show "no tax form collected".
