I have sent the w8ben form to the e-mail: Zazzle-w8@zazzle.com . Later I got a message from cs.noreply@zazzle.com that says "This message confirms that we have received your email regarding your W8/9 Ben form inquiry or submission. With the current pandemic, we unfortunately have a very reduced number of team members to assist with processing these requests. Please expect a 2-4 week delay for review/reply. "
But from another mail postmaster@zazzle. com message "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: Suzanne.Reynolds@zazzle.com The recipient's mailbox is full and cannot accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.
I tried to resend the mail several times, but it always says the same thing.What is the status of my w8ben form? What should I do?

There's not a lot you can do but wait. Sending your w8BEN multiple times will only delay the process. If you have received the confirmation that they have received it, they will let you know when it's been processed.
Over the holiday period, I can imagine nothing would be actioned due to staff being on vacation.
You're in the queue - just have to be patient
