What Is 'Undefined' Section in Product Insights?

I am looking at the insights for my products, and a large percentage show up in the 'how shoppers found you' pie chart as Undefined. I would like to know what sources are included in this Undefined segment. Does it mean our own marketing on say Pinterest?

I have no idea but what I would like to happen is for the views in the view insights to actually correspond with the view counter in the store back end.

I'm so tired of seeing 'last viewed date - never' and when you check the insights - the undefined/zazzle searches is full of views

It's so broke 😂🤣🤣 and probably will never get fixed

I'm seeing this as well -- specifically, on the longer date ranges (365 days and 90 days).
