What's going on with making products?

I went to make a product today and the interface was crazy. I got some pop up about adding a collaborator. I do not have any interest in doing that. Now it says share or download? Share or download what? Where is the post for sale button? Also what is duration? This is so confusing. I am not making a sharable public free for all thing.
