When should i expect payment

I am really confused about the payment procedure,i have 2 questions,if anyone could help me ,i will be thankful

Firsttly if i withdraw my payment today on 31st,when should i expect to recieve my check.

and secondly what is the best date of the month ,we should withdraw our payments ??
