I've had instances of cover images that I can see in the collection list but they don't show in the media window. Does this mean that the cover won't be used? When I look for it, it's not even shown as one of the faded-out images. However, when I look at my actual image albums, it's right there big as life. There's no instruction I can find for adding media, telling me the ins and outs of this.
Anyone know how it works?

@Barbara
Hi Barbara, did you check the size of your collection cover? Each collection cover has to be 1480x1480 or it won’t load. Also, you have to go to the media section and activate/load each collection cover there. If you have already done both of these things, then I am out of ideas.

Bingo! Size has to be the problem. My older covers are all 600-odd square. Thank you.
Sigh. More work to be done.

Looking through my 210 collections, I found only about 10 of the most recent ones with the large-sized cover. About 200 cover images to remake. Two choices: Delete collections I don't care about or, starting with those containing my most popular products, do a few a day. As they say, "Arrrggg!"
