I was contacted by a customer via chat about a problem with a match box design. I was my fault. I forgot to make the date a template. I changed this and reposted the product but it still hasn't been approved? It was approved before> Why do matches have to be approved anyway? Its been 5 days. I don't know what to do. Do I remove the product with the bad template and wait for the new one to be approved? What do I tell the customer. I waited 38 minutes on the Zazzle help line today and got hung up on.

1) I think (this is just my guess) that match boxes have to be approved because of fear that people might put drug-related designs on them and/or designs that relate to smoking & children.
2) You don't have to wait to send the updated version to your customer. Just make the change and send them a share link and/or you could have them send you a share link to their version of the design and you could enter the correct date and send them a share link back:
