Why is my account stuck at 5% off for days now.

When I am logged in to my account the discount os 5% to my shop. But if Iam not logged in the discount is 15%. It happened for Black Friday promotion but then is still going. How is that helpful. No communication as to why.

I am not sure what issue you are seeing here. I tested your account and I could see 15% off when logged in and when logged out.
