Why is Zazzle NOT paying my royalties?

I'm from the UK, and I have completed the IRS form more than 6 times to enable payment of royalties, but Zazzle always comes back 6 weeks later to say I have done it wrong.

Is anyone experiencing the same situation?

Earnings from 2023 to date have NOT been paid and I have expenses to pay off.

Please help, anyone if you can.

Am I getting emails from a legit Zazzle or from a SCAMMER?

Thanks in advance 😍

It does take a long time to get your w8ben authorised and they'll be a queue of people in front of you. If you don't get the wording spot on - it'll get knocked back.

And when it does get knocked back - you're at the end of the queue again

Have a search through the forum or if you're on facebook - join the international zazzlers united group where they'll be able to guide you on what to write word for word.

There's not much we can do on the forum to help I'm afraid

Thank you @Sara_H for your reply.

According to Zazzle, everything was fine with my revision in October and nothing else was required. I expected to be paid in December, then I asked if the payment would be before Christmas. I didn't hear anymore until yesterday, 3rd January 2025 that my form has to be completed again, and if I do so, to expect payment next month, February. I think that's very frustrating considering that I had worked relentlessly to put those products up for sale, completed the form over and over again, only for them to reject their accepted form.

I have stopped producing until they pay the outstanding fee from 2023

The last 2 revisions I submitted were copied word for word from somebody from international and were approved. If I had copied word for word from an approved person, why then did they reject mine?

Why the change of mind at the last minute after the initial approval?

Only they can answer.

If you mess around with your payment settings - that can trigger something.

You need to discuss with them directly and ask why it's been rejected if it was already approved.

I have not touched the payment settings for nearly one year. I only go to the earnings section to look at the status on the page. I'm very careful not to click on any of the buttons.

But anyways, thank you

Just a question of waiting for them to get back to you then. Forums aren't officially open until Mon 6th so you may get lucky with a mod early next week.

I will flag this with our W8 team now. Thank you for your patience. Form submission is taking some time at the moment.
