wrong color printed

I had a customer contact me about a product that he bought and it shipped to him, but it was suppose to be brown. but it printed out as purple. He contacted customer service and they shipped him out another product and that one came as purple also. Who do I contact to try and get this right?

I'd be interested in an answer to this too. I'm having the same issue on one of my bath mats that I ordered for myself - the colors are not as displayed on the preview/in my original image file. The hue is much more blue in the green areas than should be when printed. I went through customer support and got a replacement with a supposed QA check. The replacement turned out different, but not much better. There was less blue in some areas but still too much, and the colors are way more saturated than they should be. I'm wondering who to reach out to - would like to know if they can check whether there's a problem with the image file. Hopefully a moderator will reply.

One thing to check is whether your monitor (the one you design on) is calibrated properly.

This is very concerning - I have a customer "Waiting" to order more wedding signs  but before she does we need to make sure the colors are corrected - she ordered  one and instead of  blue it came out green with an ugly red edge on the watercolor  that also should have been blue - the replacement is also  red and green - yes my monitor is fine, something is terribly wrong in the print machines and quality control and I  have written to pro support and the answer was to have the customer call CS.. (which she did BTW) which does not answer the question of what is going on  with the colors?   Not overly  impressed with our communication  with support lately  😞 - IDK what is going on but .. we need to get this under control

 If a customer has an issue with their order I would suggest getting them to contact our Support team asap via the link below. A representative will be able to assist them quickly.

My customer did get in touch with customer support about this, and they ended up sending him another order. I wouldn’t worry as much, but the customer order 30 pieces and ended up spending over $300.00 for them. I had ordered a product in the past that was suppose to be green and when I got it, it was purple. I contacted customer support about it and they sent me another one with the correct colors that time. I am pretty sure my computer is collaborated correctly too. I just need to find out how to solve this issue.
