Does anyone have any information about how to return a package to Zazzle that belongs to another person, please?
My customer sent me a message on the Zazzle platform asking me how to go about returning the wrong package to Zazzle. She received two packages from Zazzle and proceeded to open the first one, which contained the wedding stationery she ordered from my store. She then opened the second package, thinking her order was split into two packages but was surprised to find that it was a completely different product that was paid for by someone else. Someone else will be waiting for his/her package to arrive from Zazzle soon, but alas, it is with my customer waiting to be returned to Zazzle first.

If she let's Zazzle know the details, I expect they will forward another item direct to the correct customer, they won't wait for the return of the misdelivered item. She will need to contact customer services however. It is possible meanwhile the other customer has already reported non-delivery and the mistake has been identified.
