Zazzle, did you permanently remove the ability to change royalties monthly for existing products?

Adjustments haven't been sticking since the 20th, and I can’t find anything about monthly royalty changes for existing products in the new TOS. Does this mean it has been removed permanently? Right now? When you're messing with these new royalty fees?

It has not been removed permanently.  It was said in one of the threads that after April, the royalty changes would go back to the regular 20th of the month.  I don't know why yours aren't sticking, but it has nothing to do with the day royalty changes go into effect. I think there might be another thread in the tech forum about the changes not sticking.

Yes, it's in the tech forum, but after not getting updates or a fix for weeks, I read through the new TOS, and haven't found a single word about it. I wouldn't be surprised if this was intentional, as they don't want designers to raise royalties, so they can easily put an end to that. I just need to know if I should start reposting hundreds of my items with royalty rates that actually make sense to stay on Zazzle.

This thread has a reply that states that the royalty changes go back to the 20th of the month. No mention of doing away with royalty changes.

Is this the new earnings model for Zazzle? Looks like a fool-proof method for extra income for Zazzle. (at the expense of designers of course 🙄)

I would love to be able to change royalties. There's no way atm to get them to go to pending ready for the 20th of the month.

I've tried all my tricks and none stick.

Just so frustrating and time wasting trying over and over and over and over and over again.

Great.

However, the issue started several days before the daily changes were supposed to end, so many of the changes should have already been applied.

I'm wondering, do they have meetings to brainstorm ideas on how to make designers' lives more miserable? Or do these just pop up out of nowhere, and they implement them without thinking, because what could go wrong?
