Hello all, I'm not a new contributor, but it has been a very long time since I have participated in the form. But now, I would like some opinions. I am beginning to question the actual value of collections vs categories from the home page. I can't find out if my items are being sold from a collection, or from a category. I want to know because the only real advantage I can see with collections, is being able to organize products the way I want them to appear. Not that this is easy, but that's a gripe for another day (Return the send to front, send to back option!). I can't organize items in a category. Of course a sorting drop down menu would solve this, but alas. I already have categories of like products, t-shirts, prints, and so forth. If items are not being sold from the collection, I am wasting an awful lot of time making a redundant collection from the category. So what are your thoughts on this? I am really leaning toward dumping collections altogether.

I am so very frustrated with Zazzle. My account shows a cleared payment of $52.24 from March into my Paypal account but the money is not in the account. I have sent numerous emails as well as contacting Paypal who confirmed that this payment has never been put into my account by Zazzle. My last two emails that I sent to Zazzle with all the needed information regarding this have been ignored. This is plainly illegal. I earned this money and yet Zazzle won't investigate the issue and resolve it. It's only 54 dollars but it's my money that they are not paying me. There is obviously a glitch since Paypal confirmed the payment was never sent, even though my Zazzle account shows it cleared. Seems like it was sent to the wrong account and they don't want to acknowledge their error. My only recourse now is to spend more money than they owe me by obtaining an attorney because it's a matter of principal and law.

Is it necessary to post every single one of a grouped product in a collection? Or, is it possible to simply post one of them so that any potential customer can select that one and will be able to see all of the products in that group? This seems reasonable to me, but not sure. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks, Lloyd

I believe I have 14 of them, but only 12 are showing up (which is an improvement from last year when only 7 out of 14 were showing up). Why do they keep disappearing and how do I retrieve them? A customer told me they couldn't find my Cat Collection. When they finally found the cat card they wanted, they were told Zazzle was no longer printing that card (but yet it shows up for me)?

I'm finally lost and don't understand what Zazzle is doing with Royalties. I sold a product for $85.27 at a 10% Royalty. That would have, in the past, produced an income to me of $8.52. It shows a Royalty AUD of $4.68 and actually paid me $3.14. Usually, my sales are not that big and I find myself making mere cents. I know Zazzle said they were taking an additional 5% of our sales for "marketing". I haven't seen any. Have people increased their Royalty to compensate for Zazzle taking more?

I created 12 products and set them to direct only, not public. I created a store set to public and one collection set to private. A week ago I changed the collection to public, and several days ago I set the products to public and added them to the collection. Only 3 products are showing up -- it's been at least 4 days. I had to give a demonstration yesterday to my committee, and no one could see anything but 3 products. I had to give a demonstration of the back end instead. Today, I just searched the store from my phone, and still -- only 3 products in the collection. Is there a customer service number where they can troubleshoot this? I would think it's happened to others too.

I have a simple black and white design and the product mockup displays the coir mat as...brown and tan? I used the background option to make the background black and the type is set to white. What's happening here?

I might have people interested but I don't want to sell them a pipe dream. Are affiliates still a option? If so, do they get 15% regardless of the category of items? Is it wiser for me to promote other people's work rather than mine? 10% vs 15% Just wondering. I have an old unfinished site with zazzle products that are mine. It is too much work to change links at this point. Would I get the old 15%? I have had some personal issues so way out of touch.

Sometimes a copy and paste works and sometimes not. I guess I will loose the sale as I have spent about 30 minutes trying to grab two of my designs and paste it into another of my designs (tri fold flyer from business card). This is why I want to be able to down load my images as they were uploaded....size etc etc etc. It is my 2nd most irritating complaint. I will have to lose the trifold sale because I can' download from one and upload to the other. It would take me an eternity to find the 2 images in the media library or one of my externals.

Been trying to see why the 5th editable text block is now missing for this design collection for the customer. https://www.zazzle.com/christmas_cosmic_eyes_shine_with_love_ap97_thank_you_card-256346051086360351 I tested a few cards from that group...they all did not provide the 5th block. What am I missing here? I know it worked before when I made them. Now they are all useless.

I go to my collections and find one that could use some more products. So then from my store I go to add something and it doesn't show up as one of mine. Even if I add the exact name into the search field it doesn't show up. It is one selected for that particular store. Trying to add from being in the collection is clunky I just want to click add to collection and have it be streamlined. Can we fix this problem? Can we also improve the categories and make them less confusing? I still don't know how cross sell event suit or whatever fits most collections which are like Christmas gifts here is a sweatshirt, here are some socks, here is a bag... Meanwhile the descriptions are Different Styles / Themes Products should have unique designs Products should use the same, or similar, product type So only sweatshirts are allowed? But it's all Christmas? Why can't I show a sweatshirt and a tote too?

I have stores divided basically by product type, but I can't add to a cross-sell collection from more than one store. For instance I have a separate clothing store but can't add matching clothing to my bachelorette collection that exists in my wedding shop. This is really hampering the way I set up my collections and forcing me to use the 'gift' type collection which really isn't correct, it should be cross-sell. Is there any reason why we can't have the ability to add to this type of collection from more than one store? I'm assuming it's set up this way so that we're more likely to correctly only add products that share the same, or very similar designs and style. We can be trusted to follow that rule without the single-store enforcement.

Not sure if anyone else has noticed / cares but I have a lot of Christmas socks and there is no slot for them in the collections, why not? Surely Zazzle knows everyone loves Christmas socks, particularly Zazzles custom offerings! How else can you step into Christmas in style... Would love holiday socks to get added in, pretty please 😘 Thanks for your consideration.
