I have been lax in keeping up with the changes to collections and I'm just now starting to address this.... I have questions. SO much has changed since I last looked at my collections and I'm rather lost. What do these screenshot highlights mean? I have circled in red on each screenshot to highlight them. In performance. Does Zero orders mean? Surely it can't mean all the products in this collection have never sold in the past 90 days? In my next screenshot what does it mean if cross sell is selected other products / handles can not be added to this collection? Next screenshot you'll see Select Pages: what does this mean? And last screenshot what does it mean Add 4 products to this collection so it will be eligible to appear in most channels? And last question: if I do not have media image representing the collection does this mean that collection will not appear in search etc? And what does 2/53 mean in the last screenshot? Thank you all in advance. Catching up on collections with all the major changes is daunting to me 😞

I'm bringing this up because it hasn't been revisited in a long time, and I am certain that it is affecting buyer habits. I understand how it works: if even one product in a Collection has a review, that star rating now shows up for the entire Collection (cross sell collections, if I remember correctly). But my issue is that most of the low reviews I have (and that's I've seen on Zazzle) are about things like printing mistakes, shipping issues, damaged packaging, etc. These things are outside of our control, but I understand they are necessary on the PRODUCT pages. But now a customer sees a 2-star rating on a Collection and assumes the whole COLLECTION is low quality, when in reality it might just be one item that got printed sideways or whatever. That is not only misleading, but it also creates a poor buyer experience, because they will think something’s wrong when it isn’t. So one bad review (for something the seller probably didn’t even do) now casts a shadow over every product in that Collection. That’s not helpful for the buyer, not helpful for Zazzle, and it’s definitely not fair to designers. Please remove this feature or give us the option to toggle it off. This type of misinformation is undoubtedly impacting buyers' decisions and that is impacting ALL of us, Zazzle included! Thanks!

I have a Collection (created before this big change) with 9 products in it that was automatically assigned as "Cross-Sell/Event Suite" --> "Business & Corporate". Which is appropriate (I think) so great, I'm trying to use this Collection to start poking around and learning the new way of things. It's clear that all nine existing products have been classed as "Bonus products" but here's the problem There is no Recommended section above, and therefore no "slots" to look at and fill. I guess I was expecting actual blank "slots" prompting for Product type A and Product type G and Product type W etc. But since that's not a thing, where do I find what the recommended products/slots are?

AM I WRONG? IS THERE SOMETHING I AM MISSING? Hello. I am a Silver Pro seller; I have been selling here since 2009; I have 18 various Shops on Zazzle featuring mainly my Portraits of Dogs and Dogs in Seasonal designs, including all of the major US Holidays. My designs on product are offered in specific Categories (the website's pre-set terminology) within the individual Dog Breed Shops. When I first heard of Zazzle's idea to group designs within our Shops into "COLLECTIONS" , I felt that having each of my Shops dedicated to a specific dog breed with individual artworks presented in a Category (again, website's pre-set terminology) containing multiple products each featuring that one design was already a "Collection" of products - - - all built around ONE subject, only difference was that word used in the initial upload sequence where one chooses to "set up a new Category" . You may as well say: "set up a new Collection" . Sure, I understand the concept for Weddings and for Birthday Parties where one may interest an undecided customer in other products related to your lovely placement of written words; and yes, I have observed the mobs of protesters on the 6:00PM NEWS all wearing similar tee shirts. . . however, I cannot grasp dividing my already carefully Categorized (the website's pre-set terminology) specific artwork down even further into COLLECTIONS as the only things one could possibly "collect" in my instance would be: product types such as Clothing, Office, Household, etc. already offered on the dropdown of Product Types offered at the upper left corner of the page. Since this concept of COLLECTIONS seems to be an important prerequisite to marketplace placement and "Shop Completion RANK" I looked through the HELP and How-To . . . postings in the "Sell With Zazzle" areas of this website to determine how to break my Shops down into yet another layer of "Clicks" for the potential customer to perform before viewing the available products (!) - - - and I really did not find an explanation of COLLECTING one's products beyond the CATEGORY into which one placed them when first uploading the design and placing it on the Products. Hi everyone! I am new to Zazzle and am having trouble getting my categories set up right. I made a mistake and put products under decor when they should have been in their own category instead of a subcategory. I created new categories to move them but am still having trouble. Ex, I put bath & beauty under decor and kitchen & dining when I really want them in their own category. I just can't seem to get it straightened out. I really need help. I can't open until I get this sorted out. Thank you so much!

I spent an inordinate amount of time creating collections and sorting product into the (I hope) correct collection. Don't really have a feel for whether the whole Collection thing is helping sales or no, although my sales have definitely been better the past year or so. Some of that may be that I'm actually paying attention to the stores again, better SEO, etc., or the Collections... Anyway, I am sure that I have missed the odd product when sorting, and I'm looking for a relatively simple way to find the stray item that needs to be "collectionized." How is everyone else doing this, or am I missing something glaringly obvious?? Thanks!

Found a bug in wedding cross sell collections. The "Denim Jackets" category is pulling from here: Weddings > Gifts & Favors > Wedding Party Gifts > Bridesmaid Gifts I'm thinking it's just the title that's wrong and it should be called "Bridesmaid Gifts" Here's a link to that collection, but this seems to be impacting all wedding cross-sell collections: Elegant Black and Silver Wedding Suite (zazzle.com)

Again - not really the end of the world and not really worth putting in technical but thought I'd report it anyway on the off-chance a mod can pass it over. The slot for the denim jacket in the Easter Cross Sell is searching for "Matching results from: Clothing & Shoes > Jackets & Coats" but that doesn't exist as a department. It's not picking up that denim jackets are actually stored in Clothing & Shoes/Women's Fashion/Clothing/Jackets Thanks!

For the past week, I have been adding new wedding invitations to one of my stores, but there is no option to choose the "instant download" royalty when I create them. I have also tried to activate it later on the "product" page using the drop-down tab that normally allows me to enable it, but this past week it hasn't worked. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I created a new Collection on the 7th. ("Other", Active, and both Channels are enabled.) The next night (the 8th) it still wasn't showing on my pubic list of Collections so I added a banner and cover for it. It is now early morning on the 11th, so over three days, and the Collection still is not showing on my store or member Collections tab. I can get to it via a direct link even when not signed in, and it also shows in the "other Collections you might like by ..." scroll under other Collections, so I know it's not set to Private. I know "indexing" is slow on many things, but over three days for a Collection to materialize seems extreme so I am wondering, maybe since I have so far only added two items to it, that that is why it's not showing?
