Categories. Cant find mine in public store

Hi. I tried to find the answer to this, but maybe the platform has changed some...

I just opened my shop yesterday. My collections are there which is great. 

But I am trying to find my categories. I have about 7, but only 2 are showing on my new public shop. Not sure where my other categories are.

They show up on my "store management" page. So why wouldn't they be there for the public to see?

And side note... a couple of my collections show 2 of the same products, should be 3 different product pics.

I will check that out. I don't think I did, But I will look. Otherwise maybe it is a glitch?

@mydoggypaws it can take up to 7 days for a store to set up completely from new

Your categories will appear it just takes time for new products/new categories to fully index

So keep creating, fill up those categories and collections and wait. 

 

As far as your collections showing the same product - have you accidentally uploaded the same cover photo to another product?

It's been over two weeks and most of the categories I have set up still are empty, so frustrating. I have reached out support but I have not received help.
