Client wants me to transfer graphics to a trifold from business card she bought

Sometimes a copy and paste works and sometimes not. I guess I will loose the sale as I have spent about 30 minutes trying to grab two of my designs and paste it into another of my designs (tri fold flyer from business card). This is why I want to be able to down load my images as they were uploaded....size etc etc etc. It is my 2nd most irritating complaint.
I will have to lose the trifold sale because I can' download from one and upload to the other. It would take me an eternity to find the 2 images in the media library or one of my externals.

This doesn't address your concern about being able to download images, but it might help with copy/paste.

I sometimes have trouble copying from one product to another and I think it's because of something about how the clipboard interacts with the design tool. It's almost like the design tool on the paste end only sees what was on the clipboard at the moment the product was opened in the design tool. Anyhow, usually if I can't get it to paste, I find that if I change something else on the destination product (like change the background color and then change it right back) it will refresh the clipboard and allow me to paste it in. If that doesn't work, you can exit the design tool and get back into the product and generally you'll be able to paste at that point.

The trick I use when copy and paste won’t work (it happens ALL the time) is to select the desired text or graphic then copy it to the clipboard. Next, choose Add Text>type any character>delete character then select paste. Works every time.

I usually just click on the top image in the uploads tab then delete it. Then I click on paste and it works, as well. I agree...It happens all the time.

Thank you. / So many ways to get around the issue. I will keep each of this in a safe place. Where is this uploads tab? From the  original image /product?

In the design tool on the left hand side where you can click on upload and either choose to upload a new image or choose from your recent images. Just click on one of your recent images and then delete it. Click to paste and it should work.
