I am so lost can you help answer a few questions about collections

I have been lax in keeping up with the changes to collections and I'm just now starting to address this.... I have questions. SO much has changed since I last looked at my collections and I'm rather lost. What do these screenshot highlights mean? I have circled in red on each screenshot to highlight them.

In performance. Does Zero orders mean? Surely it can't mean all the products in this collection have never sold in the past 90 days? In my next screenshot what does it mean if cross sell is selected other products / handles can not be added to this collection? Next screenshot you'll see Select Pages: what does this mean? And last screenshot what does it mean Add 4 products to this collection so it will be eligible to appear in most channels? And last question: if I do not have media image representing the collection does this mean that collection will not appear in search etc? And what does 2/53 mean in the last screenshot?

Thank you all in advance. Catching up on collections with all the major changes is daunting to me 😞Collections what does this mean zero sales.pngCollections No Media image showing.pngCollections Producs from other can not be added.pngCollections Management What does this mean.pngScreenshot What does add 4 products mean to collections.png

I'm presuming you've set the collection as a Business Cross Sell - the 2/53 means you have 2 products out of the possible 53 slots (even though you have 79 business cards - it's only seeing that as one product).

Not sure about performance. I think that will kick in if a sale comes from anyone viewing the collection then buying directly from the collection (as opposed to a sale from just a product page)

As it's a cross sell - you can only add products from the store that created that cross sell (so you can't add other store's products)

The last screen shot - if you have name badges in your store (many) you can select them all and add them to you cross sell by pressing "select page" then add to collection.

At least 4 of the the slots need to be filled with different products for the cross sell to be live so to speak.

Thanks to this tidbit @Sara_H. I didn't know that. That's probably because I don't have many cross sell collections and haven't had that issue.

First thank you for taking the time to answer.  Why is it seeing as one product?  Are you saying 79 products ar being seen as one? I'm not sure I get that.  Is 53 slots a standard number of slots for any collection? Or is that number based on something else?

Your 79 business cards will all be seen. It goes by product type. So it is saying there is 1 product type in the collection and in order for the collection to be seen they are wanting 4 different product types in the collection (business cards, brochures, name tags, t-shirts....for example). Each cross sell collection has a its own amount of different products in it that Zazzle thinks would make a great currated collection if you added those items. So the 53 slots is how many different product types that Z says you can include in your collection to make it larger and possibly grab more sales if customers are looking for matching itmes. You don't have to add all the ones they suggest. Just the 4 or 5 that they recommend to get the collection seen.
