I'm working on a birthday collection now, but frustrated that when people click on a product, the collection shows underneath, but it's not clickable, and I mean the whole collection is not clickable, just certain products, and it's only showing 18 of the 55 products that are in the collection. Is it showing only the products that Zazzle deems relevant to the collection? Why does it only pick some?
There should be a "from this collection" where it is linked to the whole collection somewhere on the top right column under the product description so a customer can click on it to see ALL products from the collection.
Yesterday I had a customer write me asking if i could make more items like paper plates and balloons for a collection in which she bought invitations for in my shop. I had all that stuff made already, but of course she couldn't get into the whole collection to find that stuff. I don't understand why Zazzle is doing it this way. Aren't you losing money when people can't get all the things they want that are made already in the collection?
Is there something I'm doing wrong? I follow all the categories suggestions, (the route they suggest to add a product into a suggested category) which by the way some Zazzle's suggestions are wrong on in many cases and don't even exist. But still certain items, lots of them don't show up under the product. So we are just losing out on up sales.
I wish Z would just realize the whole collection thing was just messed up from the start and just keeps showing more and more glitches within this new system, not to mention everyone experiencing lower sales since it was implemented.

100%! Please change this so the entire collection is visible to a customer. It does feel that I'm not getting as many related sales anymore in my cross-sell collections. And wasn't that the point in the 1st place – to get more sales – by updating the collections? The only time a customer can see my full collections (without 6 versions of cards, notebooks, stickers, etc. lumped together separately) is when they go to my collections tab in my store, which I doubt happens all that often. Seems like the best chance for an add-on sale would be on the product page, under the product. Like before. Please, please add a button/link to be able to see the entire collection!

That's the old-school type Collection display where it has the "Other products from this collection" scroll w/ the Collection name being a clickable link to the actual Collection. Like this one.
But for the newer Collection "pods" they're pushing - which I believe only display for certain types of cross-sell Collections - it's entirely different and there is no link to the Collection for the shopper to view it as they wish. Like this one.

This has been brought up so many times. Zazzle must have a good reason for not making the collection clickable and maybe it makes total sense - would really appreciate an explanation so we don't have to keep asking. Thank you!

Hi Creators, thanks so much for your feedback on this experience. I do think it could be beneficial for the Collections to be clickable on the product page too for the experiences you have mentioned. I'm happy to pass this to our team to open up a discussion.
Keep the feedback coming and thank you for sharing 😊

Thank you so much for reading this and answering. I really hope they consider adding a clickable link. If we lose money, so does Zazzle. I had a couple incidents this week where people were looking for matching items that were already made in the collection but they weren't showing so this would be so beneficial to just add clickable link.

Just wondering if you had a chance to bring this up. I have had a couple incidents now where people cannot find all the products they needed because they can't open the whole collection.

Hi all! Just commenting again to say this really should be a priority. For example, I have a holiday collection and the random items shown in the collection are not always what the customer might want. For example, gift wrap is not shown but tissue paper is. If I was a Zazzle customer I would be frustrated that the collection is not clickable so I can't even see if there is matching gift wrap (for example). I would think I had to create my own from the tissue paper, and as a customer I would just click away or leave the site rather than do any extra work. If you make it too difficult I'm not going to add extra items to my order. Zazzle loses, designer loses.
PLEASE MAKE AN EASY LINK TO THE COLLECTIONS! Otherwise why do we even bother to make collections? Thank you.

100%! A couple of days ago I got a sale where business cards were ordered. Along with transferring the card to stickers as well as something else. I had both products in that collection. If my customer was able to easily click & see my entire collection they could have just ordered the products I had already created. Instead of transferring the business card to products that weren't the same aspect ratios. Now I have to hope they did it correctly to their satisfaction & they won't cancel once they receive their order.

Yes, exactly! I had a very similar issue a couple times now. I would think if we are losing money in sales, so is Zazzle, so I'm not understanding the reason for ignoring this very obvious solution.
What is the purpose of making it harder for customers to find matching products in collections? Why encourage us to do all the work of making collection, photo covers, banners and videos then make it impossible for a customer to find the product inside the collection? This is so frustrating. I love Zazzle but i feel like this is such a big issue being overlooked. I have started making collections in "similar designs" instead of cross sell because then at least there is a collection link. It seems to be just the "cross sell" collections that have this problem.

So now I'm seeing that the product page features "related collections," which isn't always by the same creator. That's fine. I get it - Zazzle wants to make the sale. Where I take issue is that THOSE collections are clickable! You can very easily access those. But the collection that the product you're looking at is in - you can't get to! Please - BEGGING YOU - fix this, Zazzle! It really benefits everyone - customers and creators - to have easy access to the collection!
BUT it's a problem when THOSE collections are clickable and the one the product is a part of is not. PLEASE, Zazzle! For everyone it just makes sense to have the collection clickable!

@Lea I've never been able to have "edit" work for me on Safari. It's non-responsive. On my mac, I can only edit using Chrome.
