Blurry Product Images on Wrapping Paper

Hello! 

I am really struggling to get my wrapping paper to come out crisp. I uploaded the correct image size and it is 30dpi, yet the product photos are incredibly blurry. I have tried sizing down and tiling, uploading a PNG, JPG, and SVG, and more, but nothing has worked. I did some reading here and discovered it may be a bug, but I haven't seen any other designs that look blurry. So I was wondering if anyone has ordered a sample or anything?

'30dpi' is very low and not suitable for printing hence the blurriness . Zazzle recommends 300 dpi as per this article

You'll need to redo your artwork at a higher dpi to get a crisper image

I've made loads of wrapping paper and never had a blurring issue.

Where did you read it was a bug? Can you link to the thread?

I've checked this one of yours and it's a crisp as anything (apart from one the promos but that's a zazzle issue and not your artwork

other insitues are just peachy
