Is Replace feature paused for the Holidays?

I recently made an attempt to replace some of the designs due to a mistake with fit/fill on my end.

Most designs have either some views or sales.

Designs came back unchanged. (fit/fill option I mean)

Should I try this again or is the feature paused for the holidays?

I had a product come back just fine. There are quite a few things which are never allowed through the replace feature. I am not sure what you were trying to update, but as an example, if you have a non-template text field that says 2021, you cannot make that field into a template by using the replace product feature. You just have to make a new product.

I don't think it's paused, because a few days ago I had a calendar that I changed the date on, and it updated fine. They did say in an email that there are only a few things they are allowing during the holiday season, and the year date was one of them, so that's why I did it.

It actually turned out fine. Somehow, it went to pending status again and then was okay after that. Thank you for your input though!

Hi, I'm hoping for an answer to this as well because the same thing is happening to me.  I updated a bunch of calendar magnets and calendar mousepads yesterday (changed the year and added the new 2023 calendar image I made).  They all said "design changes pending review) and now this morning, they no longer show the greyed-out message, and are back to their old dates & images.  Should I wait to see if something happens or should I attempt to edit them again? 

I still have others to update, so it would be helpful to know whether or not I should take the time to do it.

Thanks so much @Mark  I ended up calling into Zazzle shortly after posting here and not too long after, the "design changes pending review" message returned to all the products I modified.  As of this morning, most of them have been updated, but there are a few outliers.  They no longer have the "design changes pending..." message and are still unchanged.  They are also two of the first products I tried to update.

Thank you for the links to those products. I took a look on the product page and in the store and I couldn't see the pending review message. Would you be able to show it in a screenshot please?

Thanks @Mark  - That's actually part of my issue...  They no longer show the pending review message and they didn't update to the new design I submitted.  All the other designs I modified have been updated except those two (with the exception of a few more I submitted last night and this morning).  So I'm wondering if they weren't approved for some reason or maybe it was a little glitch and they got left out?  I can see them in my saved designs with all the others (and I can't delete them lol) so i know they were part of the modified designs submitted.

I hope I'm explaining everything clearly.

@Mark  - here's my latest update.  I revised those two again, and resubmitted them yesterday along with several other new revisions.  As of this morning, they've all been approved and show the new 2023 design, with the exception of the original two.  So, something must be preventing them from being approved.  If there's anyway I could know what that reason might be, perhaps I can fix it?  The "pending review" message still shows on them this time around.  Here are the links again... can't seem to upload my screenshots...

i was told it would not be replaced because somebody had it in their cart(the product had not been looked at for over a week). so i assume somebody could have it in their cart for years & it could never be replaced. its VERY dumb & all these products can be changed back by the buyer but zazzle prefers the seller to waste time instead
