Sorry if I missed anything about this, but it seems we can no longer replace products? I was wanting to update some graduation items for 2022 but wasn't able to update the design/text on an existing product - "Edit Design" resulted in creating a whole new product like we used to have to do.
If anyone knows whether the "replace product" functionality is gone or whether it'll be coming back, let me know!

I think it was a test run. I had the capability, but got an email near the end of the year saying that they were taking the function off-line to evaluate it. It was SUPER helpful, but since they had it set up to require an actual human to review each request, I think it was probably not terribly efficient from a staffing perspective. I'm hopeful that they'll find some way to tweak it so that it doesn't require so much staff time on their part because it was really nice to be able to fix things and not have to create a bunch of crazy duplicate products.

I think it may have been an A/B test if anything? Clicking on edit design never resulted in anything but creating a new product for me.... I was hopeful when it appeared, but it didn't allow me to actually edit an existing product.

Thanks so much for the replies! Makes total sense, but I'll miss that functionality and hope they do bring something like it back.
