Problem with 14 x 14 cut vinyl sticker

I just finished a sheet of guest list mailing labels on the 14x14 cut vinyl sticker sheet.  In the preview some of the labels and some of the addresses are not showing up (the space is just blank) so it looks like it is only a partial sheet of labels.  The labels are one image so I'm at a loss as to how part of the image could just disappear.  There are 40 layers for the text.  All 40 layers are available in the layer section on the left side of the design tool.  I could choose them there and edit them even without being to see them in the preview.  I was really hoping that it was an issue on my end that would resolve itself when I posted the product, but it did not.  Here is a link to the product. Can someone look at them and see if you see a full sheet of labels?  If you can't see them does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Hi @DIANA if I’m remembering correctly from when the contour stickers were first introduced, there is a maximum number of “cutouts” allowed and I think it may be 30. So if you have 40 names/address layers on your sheet any over and above the maximum won’t print hence the blank areas in the preview.

Thanks Sandra.  That explains it.

Hey @DIANA,

@Sandra- is correct here, there is a limit of 30 individual stickers per sheet. This is listed under the product description.

Please Note: Due to production limitations, there is a maximum of 30 individual stickers per sheet.

I will move this to Create Products in case others have the same inquiry.

Thanks!
