Problem with Designing A7 Envelope

I am trying to create a matching envelope for a bridal shower invitation. I would like part of the design (flowers and string lights" to be on the inside flap. There are so many designers that have accomplished this in the marketplace, but when I try to paste in the graphics, I got a !, so I decided to make it in Photoshop 7.25" 5.26 and then bring it in that way with the correct dimensions. I tried at 300 dpi and 600 dpi. I am still getting that exclamation point. I am so confused. Help!

With envelopes I always get an error message if any artwork extends over the printable edge on the outside of the envelope. But for the inside (I use the inside unfolded layer) I usually don't have any issues.

Double check to make sure you are actually on the inside of the envelope on the Design Tool. Sometimes it's easy to get confused and accidentally try to design on the outside when you want the inside! (speaking from personal experience, LOL!)
