Hi all
As the title says, this question refers to the "Make object(s) permanent and always visible" in the designer, and not locking the layer (I saw another post regarding locking the layer/element, so i wanted to make a distinction),
If I have a design that is simply a single png (with this file containing all design elements) and no other elements, I've been enabling this option as I figured there would be no point in anyone changing the image as it would then be a completely different product.
However, after looking at many products already for sale, I've noticed that no-one (that I've come across) has this option enabled. So I'm wondering if I should bother with this? Any advantage to leaving it disabled?
Thanks all!
ps - as mentioned above, I leave all elements unlocked so that they can be resized/re-positioned.

I would not enable that option, for all you know the customer might want to replace your image with their own and if they can't do that it might mean a lost sale.
