White Showing Up in my Designs

Hello All!

I'm writing to ask for help with the color White showing up in my designs that are to be printed onto black T-Shirts. It also happens on my Candles. I remove the back grounds, but white still shows up in portions of my design. I'm not sure how to fix the problem? How do I fix this?

Thank You for Your Help!

Your question is a bit hard to answer without seeing the problem. If you could post a screenshot of an example it would be much more possible to suggest fixes.

Hello All!

Do you see the white areas in this design. They are not supposed to be there. Only the black background of the Tshirt is supposed to be there. The "Background Only" button doesn't always work for me.  I don't know how to fix it? Thank You for Your Help!

Could you maybe post a link to one of the affected products so we could go into the design tool and take a look at what you're doing? That image is so tiny that it's impossible to tell what we're looking at.

Off the top of my head though, I would guess that the problem might have to do with the way you're removing the white from your image - if you're using Zazzle's remove white tool in the design tool, it might not remove it if the color is slightly off-white. In a situation where I want part of an image to be transparent, I usually edit the image to remove the white myself and then save it as a png because it gives you much more control over the process.

My other guess would be that it could have something to do with vivid white underbase printing vs. classic no underbase printing on the t-shirt - but if you're seeing the same problem with candles, that sorta argues against that explanation.

I agree we need a link to the product. The entire issue is how the white was removed. The only way to guarantee success is to remove it yourself. As @Cat said if the white is just a little off, the Design Tool remove white doesn't work.

Hi all,

Moving this to Create Products as there is no technical issue present.
