We wanted to share some insight based on recent customer feedback. We’ve received questions from customers asking for an answer key to game designs (like baby shower games, bridal shower games, and birthday party trivia, etc.) & sometimes the answers aren’t always clear. 🤔
To improve the customer experience, we encourage you to include a legend (answer key) when publishing any type of game design products.
Here are a couple of simple ways to do this:
- Add it to the Media Manager: This is the most visible option. Upload your legend as one of the cover images so customers can easily see the answers before purchase.
- Include it in the Description: You can also write out the legend in the product description. It’s not as prominent but still helpful for those who read the details.
Adding a legend will not only clear up confusion, but also will make your product more user-friendly. Thanks for considering this request to support a great customer experience!
