Hi Creators,

We have an update to share with you. This has been the result of your invaluable input and feedback on a change we made some months ago to Creator Attribution on paper products. We digested these nuggets of gold and worked tirelessly to make improvements and address concerns.

Attribution on products is practical for a few reasons. It allows us to showcase you as the Creator and also reach a larger audience of potential customers by driving them directly to your store, all in the palm of their hands!

The new attribution will come in the form of a QR code with your store name printed just below it. The QR code will link right to your store, so anyone with a cell phone can scan the code and be viewing your Zazzle store within seconds! Wow! The team has done their absolute best to minimize the size of this QR code, and the white background is necessary to ensure a consistent scan. Please note: The QR code will not scan from a screen, but only the physical printed product. We are working to get this updated soon.

This has been rolled out on a few products at the moment, but we plan to expand to more paper products over the next few months. Below is an example of the change. Please note: This update should not affect your product's setting in regards to Attribution, other than the attribution style itself.

We understand that some of your existing attributions might be affected by this update. In some cases, you can turn off attribution under product merchandising in the back end of your store or the customer can before purchasing. Please note: It may take a few days for your change to reflect on the product page as our system needs time to cache.

Some products can only be posted for sale with attribution turned on. In most cases, the customer will have the choice to remove the attribution.

We do hope you like this update and would love to hear your feedback in this discussion thread

Thank you,

Creator Team
