As we approach the Holiday Season, it's time to lock in your Royalty Rates ❄️💰

To ensure that your exceptional custom designs align seamlessly with our early-season marketing efforts and provide customers with a top-notch shopping experience, we will be implementing a temporary pause on royalty rate changes. This pause will begin after Tuesday, October 31st at 11:59 pm PST and will extend through the end of December.

📃Here are the key details:

  • Royalty Rate Requests Deadline: Please make sure to submit any royalty rate change requests by Tuesday, October 31st at 11:59 pm PST. After this date, we’ll temporarily suspend royalty updates during the peak holiday season.
  • Post-Holiday Update: If you miss the deadline, don’t worry! You can still request royalty rate changes, but they won’t take effect until January 20th, 2023.

Top Holiday Tips: 

  • Cross-Sell Collections: We’re incorporating cross-sell Collections into various customer-facing areas as we hope you have seen. We recommend focusing on creating enticing cross-sell suites that will fulfill all of a customer’s needs this holiday season as we work to make your cross-sell products even more visible!
  • Media Manager: We’ve introduced some powerful tools to help you present your designs to customers, both at the Product and Collection levels. With Media Manager, you can now showcase not only photos but videos too! Featuring images and videos that highlight multiple products within a Collection can significantly enhance the presentation of your Collection and positively impact your earnings.
    • Top Tip: Be sure to only show ‘preferred’ products in your Collections Media to avoid confusion when these are injected into the product page. 
  • Updating the Year: If you have Holiday content that specifies the year, don’t forget to update it to the current/next year.
