With the holiday season fast approaching, it's time to lock in your Royalty rates to help the site stay efficient for the busiest shopping period of the year.
To ensure your products are showcased effectively in our early marketing campaigns and to provide customers with a smooth shopping experience, we will be implementing a temporary freeze on Royalty Rate changes. This freeze will begin on Friday, October 31st at 11:59 PM PST and will be in place until January. The Royalty rates you set by this deadline will be applied in the subsequent days.
Key Information:
- Royalty Rate Change Deadline: Please submit all Royalty rate change requests by Friday, October 31st at 11:59 PM PST. After this time, we will temporarily pause Royalty updates for the duration of the holiday season.
- Post-Holiday Updates: If you happen to miss the deadline, don't worry! You can still submit requests, and these changes will become effective starting January 20th, 2026.
Important Reminder!
For any holiday-themed content that includes a specific year in the text or images (such as on ornaments, holiday cards, or New Year's gifts), please remember to update it to the current or upcoming year. This is especially important for templated text, as customers might assume it will be automatically updated when they place an order.
