@DorMuc When you say "downloaded the 10 images" which images did you download and from where? Are they mockups of your product?
edited to add - and where are are trying to upload them to?
It could be producing a servor error because you have not changed them (ie file name)
If its for adding to your store media to complete your store - make sure they're large enough
