Adding to collections

Hi everyone,

I am not sure if this is a technical issue or just how it it.

I am trying to add products to a collection but its so difficult to see the products through this tiny little window. Is there a better way I can do this where I can actually see what I am doing?

@ZAZ-TD

try using firefox if you can to test. It may be an extension on your other chrome based browsers that's messing with it eg - ad block.

If it's happening with all your browsers - which windows version are you on? 10 or 11? It could be a system setting (not sure though)

Once you've tested it with another browser that isn't chrome based - I'd report it

@ZAZ-TD

what browser are you using? Are you on a desktop or tablet/phone? Windows or Mac?

 you can add to collections via the back end of your store by selecting the products (can do more than one at a time to add to the same collection) then press the actions button drop down and selecting 'add to collection' then search for the collection in the pop out box

It's either a technical issue on Zazzle's end, or a browser issue on your end. It looks fine for me.

Hi @Sara_H I am using Microsoft Edge at home and Chrome at work and its the same on both browsers. I always work on desktop. I will try your suggestion tonight when I get home from work. It would just be a lot easier doing it from the section where you create the collection. Do you think I. need to report this? Thank to both of you for coming back with an answer.

Great, I will go and test all these things out. I am on windows 7 at work and windows 11 at home so its completely different and that's why I was confused 🤣 not that it takes much to confuse me. It really great have this group of like minded people to hang out with and help from all sides.
