Another spam message on Zazzle chat

I received a spam message in the Zazzle chat today and thought I should alert Zazzle members of another spam message going around. It said:

Hello, my name is Mina. I like your products so much that I want to buy them in bulk.
Can you say it on my Instagram? It will be more convenient for me that way and I will tell you the products I am interested in.
If you agree, please add my instagram account: syjdfyr, looking forward to our first cooperation.

I am amazed these spammers do not even take the time to come up with a pronounceable set of letters  for a name. Today I got one from fjdkls. I found the name on Instagram and reported the account there. So far the insta account only had two followers.

Yep, they're at it again. I must have had 6 in the last day or two. I just hit 'report'...

I've also had "I can't find this image on this product, that I want to buy for "family member", and then no sale happens.  I figured they got a SS some how to print out, taking away my $0.05 "earnings".

You don't report these folks on Instagram - you report them in Zazzle. There are 3 dots next to their name in the chat where they leave a message, and one of the options is to report the person.

Hello everyone! Almost every hour I received quite a number of the same or similar messages. I conclude from the messages that these are messages from the same person. The messages are quite similar and mention Instagram and Whatsapp. So far I've avoided reporting or blocking here on Zazzle, but this has already turned into bullying. Doesn't Zazzle have the ability to legally prosecute such people? Reporting those accounts and blocking the user obviously doesn't help because that person is constantly opening new accounts here.
