Season Five Episode 7 of Better Call Saul features a situation in which the owner of a bank thinks he can use a photo of a horse and a cactus for the design of the bank trademark. This bank owner thinks because he purchased the photo he has rights to use the image shape for advertising. This episode reminded me of many a discussion I have seen here on the forums, where customers, professional wedding photographers and thieves, just don't seem to understand image rights.
